Hengifoss waterfall & red curry cod

June 20, 2023 – Rain, Hikes & Cozy Nights
The day started with rain—and it didn’t let up. We drove three hours through steady rain, then hiked 6 km to Hengifoss. Despite the weather, the hike was still incredible, with stunning views all around.

Dinner was cod in red curry—comfort food for a wet day. We finished off with Irish coffee before settling into our rooftop tent, cozy despite the rain outside.
