Valley of Fire

June 21, 2025 - After leaving Zion, we cruised into the fiery landscape of Nevada’s oldest state park – the Valley of Fire. The red sandstone formations looked like something from another planet, glowing under the afternoon sun. We wandered through narrow canyons, climbed surreal rock shapes, and spotted ancient petroglyphs etched into stone. As the sun dipped lower, the rocks lit up in shades of orange and pink – like the whole valley was ablaze.

From there, we rolled into Las Vegas around 14:00, swapping desert silence for neon chaos. The contrast was surreal – one minute, wild nature, the next, slot machines and city buzz. We checked in at Circus Circus RV.
