Saguaro cactus, Montezuma castel and Sedona

June 17, 2025 -Heat, History & a Taste of the Wild

After a blazing hot 43°C lunch stop at Taco Bell, we hit Walmart for a quick restock before heading the highway. Driving straight for about 150km, Entering nto a dusty dirt road led us into the wilderness, where towering saguaro cactuses stood like silent guardians. We visited Montezuma Castle, houses made into the mountainside—like stepping into another time. The scenic drive into Sedona was stunning, with red rocks glowing in the late sun. Dinner? A wild mix of cactus, snake, and bison, cooked to perfection. We ended the day under the stars at a quiet little campsite. What a ride
